With over four decades of extensive experience in the mining services industry, he has been actively involved in managing and guiding the Company since its inception. His deep industry knowledge and visionary leadership have played a pivotal role in the Company’s sustained growth and expansion.
He is instrumental in formulating long-term business strategies and ensuring their effective implementation. Under his leadership, the Company has achieved significant milestones through innovation-driven initiatives and an aggressive growth strategy, positioning the Company as a leading coal mining EPC player.
Mr. Mohanlal K. Dholu
Mr. Mohanlal Dholu, is the Whole Time Director and the Promoter of the Company. He has almost 40 years of extensive experience. He has been employed by the company from its founding and has participated in business development initiatives, operational setup, and numerous other business-related tasks. He oversees both business development and production.
Mr. Hiralal K. Dholu
Mr. Hiralal Dholu, is the Whole Time Director of the Company. He is having experience more than 30 years in the field of Mining Service. He is serving as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing financial insights and analysis to support key business decisions, investment opportunities, enhance efficiency, and build robust internal controls.

Mr. Rahulkumar Abji Dholu
Mr. Rahulkumar Dholu is responsible for the fiscal stewardship of the company’s asset lifecycle and administrative operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and maximizing profitability. With over 20 years of experience, he provides strategic financial leadership in managing capital expenditures (CapEx) and optimizing operational expenses (OpEx) through strategic sourcing and robust contract negotiations.
Mr. Rahulkumar Dholu leads cross-functional teams in developing and implementing comprehensive procurement strategies, risk management frameworks, and internal controls to safeguard organizational assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Mr. Kalpesh Abji Dholu
Mr. Kalpesh Dholu, is results-oriented and strategic President of Operations with 15+ years of experience in the coal mining sector. Proven expertise in greenfield/brownfield project development, operational excellence, and P&L management for various mine units. Adept at ensuring stringent compliance with the various regulations, optimizing Heavy Earthmoving Machinery (HEMM) utilization, and leading cross-functional teams to exceed excavation targets while maintaining an impeccable safety record.
Mr. Upesh Mohanlal Dholu
Mr. Upesh Dholu, is results-oriented and strategic President of Operations with 15+ years of experience in the coal mining sector. His career spans the full spectrum of mining development — from pioneering greenfield projects to optimizing brownfield operations. Known for driving profitability and operational excellence, he has mastered the art of balancing efficiency with strict regulatory compliance.
